La risa reduce el riesgo de infarto, al re\u00edr se liberan endorfinas, lo que tiene un efecto analg\u00e9sico, tambi\u00e9n ayuda a disminuir el insomnio y regula la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date un ba\u00f1o de sol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se ha mencionado que el sol es el m\u00e1s eficaz antidepresivo natural y tambi\u00e9n se sabe que la cantidad de horas de luz al d\u00eda influye en el estado de \u00e1nimo de la gente. La luz del sol ayuda a sintetizar la vitamina D, lo que mejor el humor. Puedes probar a dar una caminata mientras disfrutas del sol, andar en bicicleta o sentarte a leer en un parque. Eso s\u00ed, no olvides ponerte protector solar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baila.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aprovecha cualquier momento para mover tu cuerpo. No importa si no te sientes un bailar\u00edn profesional o crees que naciste con dos pies izquierdos. Puedes bailar mientras aseas tu casa.
